The Town of Bloomfield provides and operates it's Emergency Medical Services around the clock. 24 hours, 7 days a week.

In 1977 the town realized there was a need for a high level EMS system. The Bloomfield Volunteer Ambulance went on line in July 1977 and responded to 400 calls that year. Today, we respond to over 2,000 calls for service.
